I would like to say;

'If we do not act immediately, polar bears could become extinct very soon.'



I think it might be something like;

Si no actuamos inmediatamente osos polares podr铆an ser extintos muy pronto.



I'm pretty sure it's very inaccurate, though, so would appreciate corrections =)



Also, I would rather use the subjunctive tense for 'they could be', instead of conditional, but don't know how to use it in this case, would really appreciate help (:
