It's not quite the same, but you could have "The satisfaction of a job well done" although that reflects more on satisfaction and quality.
If you have "something under your belt" then you have aleady done or experienced it (eg an exam), however that reflects more on the fact that it's over and done rather than the peace from having done it.
You could say "Glad to have got something over with", but that would be something like a visit to the dentist, and relates more to relief about having got through something.
How about "That's the peace of mind of an obligation that has been fulfilled".

I'm not sure what the Spanish is trying to say. A literal translation is something like "This is the tranquility of duty completed in the past". Is it trying to say something about how good it feels to have an obligation already completed? The literal translation is OK, but perhaps "fulfilled" is a little better. "This is the tranquility of duty fulfilled in the past".
