The alarm clock has sounded. I'm awake. I slept well. I have not had nightmares. I'm going to lift. I turn on the light in the room. I stretched. I stretch. Yawn. I drink 2 glasses of water. I get up. I'm going to pee.

El reloj despertador ha sonado. Ya estoy despierta. He dormido bien. No he tenido pesadillas. Me voy a levantar. Enciendo la luz de la habitacič´¸n. Me desperezo. Me estiro. Bostezo. Bebo 2 vasos de agua. Me levanto. Voy a hacer pis.
