English-Spanish Translation: "string beans"?

It's not in the dictionary. Online translations aren't accurate. I need a human translator. It sounded something like "apichelas" to me, I'm not sure if that's how you spell it though. Thanks.English-Spanish Translation: "string beans"?

The problem is that the names of this type of vegetable changes a lot among the different countries.

The word you're looking for "habichuela". This can be "string beans" or "green beans".

"Habichuela" is the diminutive of "haba" which is "broad bean" in English.

It's the word used in some countries in Latin America. The word used in Spain is "judías verdes".

Other beans in Spanish are "alibia", "judía", "fríjol".
