Floor in a sentance (I put the book on the floor): Puse el libro en el suelo.
Second floor in a sentance (I rode the elevator to the second floor): Sub铆 en el ascensor hasta el segundo piso.
It has in a sentance (It has eight legs because it's a spider): Cuenta con ocho patas, porque es una ara帽a.
Spanish has weird rules like this. Like ha is it has. But in a sentance (not alone) it's different. I know, weird, huh?
